House care

Stewardship for significant houses between owners.

Empty houses deteriorate faster than occupied ones, and significant houses deteriorate expensively. We hold them — heating, ventilation, planting, fabric — until the right owner arrives.

Where the original architect is still practising, we bring them in for anything structural.

Original architect first

Any fabric work goes to the person who drew it, wherever that is possible.

Quarterly condition report

Photographed, measured and filed. You get it whether anything has changed or not.

Seasonal regime

Heating and ventilation run to a schedule set by the building, not the calendar.
